They already had an existing site when we got involved, but it was very basic and received very little traffic. It was a hobby site, and they were content with that in the beginning, but their goals changed and they wanted to grow. They had a lot of great designs; they just needed a better presentation and a real marketing plan to drive customers to the website. We worked with them to accomplish that goal.
They were already on Shopify which is our preferred Ecommerce platform. We started by redesigning the website and increased their conversion rate by 32%. The next steps were to revamp their social media accounts, create an email marketing strategy, and develop a plan for advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. In the near future, we will be working with board game podcasts on their behalf to create some sponsorships and promote some giveaways.
They have a very small team, but we’re working with them very closely throughout their ongoing marketing efforts. We’re managing some of the tasks entirely, but for those they decided to tackle personally, we’re assisting with implementation and management while offering regular consultations regarding continued improvement.
